Avishkar Deonarine, a 27-year-old from Sparta, Essequibo, Region Two, has officially opened AD Studios, which offers a wide range of professional photography and videography services, along with other essential services previously unavailable in the area.

Located on the lower flat of the Anna Regina Town Council Building, the studio caters for corporate headshots, passport and visa photos, as well as services such as online shopping, air ticket bookings, and MMG payments.

Deonarine, a journalist at Newsroom, photojournalist with the Department of Public Information and Public Relations Officer for Region Two, described the studio as a space that not only showcases his photography but also brings high-quality services to his home region. At the opening event, held on Saturday evening, he reflected on his hard work and dedication that brought him to this point.

Deonarine shared that launching AD Studios was more than just a business achievement; it’s the realization of a lifelong dream. He said the studio is named after him and is built on the foundation of creativity, innovation, and professionalism. He noted that he has over seven years of experience in photography and emphasized the studio’s state-of-the-art equipment and advanced lighting techniques, that would allow clients to enjoy world-class photography services without leaving the region.

“It’s been a long journey, full of challenges and long nights, but with the support of some amazing people, we’ve finally made it,” Deonarine said.

The ribbon-cutting ceremony marked a major milestone in Deonarine’s journey, as he transitions his passion for photography into a full-fledged business. The establishment of AD Studios has already created jobs for three locals from the Essequibo Coast.

Additionally, the studio will house Uniquely Region 2 and Countryside Rentals, further expanding its offerings and providing even more value to the local community.

Among those in attendance at the launch was acting Mayor Lorna Fitzallen and Deonarine’s proud parents.
