‘Champion of Champions’ Futsal
The inaugural edition of the Bent Street ‘Champion of Champions’ Futsal Championship will commence this evening, with Stabroek Ballers, Back Circle, Bent Street, and Gold is Money among the household names slated for action at the National Gymnasium on Mandela Avenue.
Tournament Coordinator Troy Lambert stated that all systems are in place for the event, which he envisions to be very competitive given the quality of the participants, adding that the staging of the event would not have been possible without the assistance of all the relevant stakeholders, inclusive of his sponsors.
Stabroek Ballers will oppose Mocha in the opening match at 19:00hrs, while North Ruimveldt will match skills with Team at 19:30hrs, and Linden All-Stars engage California Square at 20:00hrs.
