Inaugural Percy Boyce Memorial Cycle Race set for Sunday

The maiden edition of the Percy Boyce Memorial Cycle Tournament will be staged on Sunday at the National Park, Thomas Lands.

This was confirmed by an official release from Sonic Business Services. According to the correspondence, the event, which is sponsored by the PAB Foundation, will be executed by the Flying Ace Cycle Club at 13:00hrs.

Among the categories that will be contested are juniors, category 4, seniors, and veterans over 50. Registration will occur on-site before the commencement of the event.

“We are excited to honour Percy Boyce’s memory through this tournament”, said his son, Rayad Boyce. He further said, “My dad’s legacy continues to inspire us, and we hope this event will encourage more people to take up cycling as part of a healthy lifestyle.”
