Dear Editor,
Was the PPP/C unaware of ‘sanctity of contract’ when it promised in its manifesto to engage the oil and gas companies in re-negotiation? As the 2016 agreement allows for re-negotiation, providing that both parties agree; and Mr. Routledge stated that EXXON will ‘not invoke’ any discussions; should the Guyana government not do the invoking and let Guyanese know that they have tried and also what the outcome is?
