According to the agreed facts, Abrahams killed Wilson between April 17 and April 18, 2022. It was revealed that Abrahams, Wilson, and Ron Moonsammy had been drinking together when an argument erupted. During the altercation, Abrahams stabbed Wilson with a knife. When Moonsammy intervened to protect his cousin, Abrahams turned on him, stabbing him in the chest.

A post-mortem examination concluded that Wilson died from perforation of the heart.
