Cuba recognised the controversial outcome of the disputed Venezuela elections. It was indeed a friend and ally. Now Cuba is facing a major crisis in its electricity sector with the collapse of the grid. Where is Venezuela in offering assistance? Oh, wither our friends and allies in time of need?
