Lawrence quickly apologized, but Wilson questioned the suspect’s reaction, leading to a heated exchange. Others at the scene jokingly repeated the nickname, further intensifying the situation.

The suspect then allegedly retrieved a knife from his vehicle and stabbed Wilson in the abdomen before fleeing. Wilson’s friends rushed him to the Nabaclis Hospital, and he was later transferred to Georgetown Public Hospital, where he died from his injuries four days later. Wilson was described by his family as a loving and jovial man.
