A Chinese businesswoman operating a restaurant at Reliance, Essequibo Coast, was robbed by armed bandits on Diwali night.
The businesswoman, Paosi Ru, was robbed at about 8:30 pm on Thursday at her business place, Kwang Yung Restaurant, on Reliance Public Road of an undisclosed sum by three masked men one of whom was armed with a gun.
