West Demerara Cricket Association launches 50-Over Championship

The West Demerara Cricket Association (WDFA) officially launched the Keen360 sponsored 50-Over Championship yesterday.

The competition, which will utilise a group stage format, will feature two segments in the form of divisions one and two.

Group A of division one contains the West Coast Warriors, Sawpit Canal #2 Sports Club, and Belle Vue Sports Club, while group B is made up of the McGill Superstars, Cornelia Ida, Meten-Meer-Zorg, and Windsor Forest Centre Team. 

Meanwhile, group A of division two comprises All-Youths, Goed Fortuin, La Grange, Leonora, New Wales, Uitvlugt, and West Demerara Legends. Group B consists of Zeelugt, VNS, Independence Sports Club, Windsor Forest Vipers, and Rising Stars.
