A release yesterday from the Central Housing and Planning Authority (CH&PA) said that the flat units cost approximately $25.2 million, while the elevated units range from $33.9 million to $34.4 million.

This phase includes 75 flat units with two different design options and 35 elevated units, also available in two designs. The release said that the houses showcase modern aesthetics with expanded living room and bedroom spaces compared to previous young professional models.
