Money Bell will battle Hard-Knocks, while Spaniards will engage YMCA in the semifinal round tomorrow evening in the New Era/ExxonMobil Futsal Championship, following quarterfinal wins on Wednesday night at the Retrieve Tarmac in Linden.
Money Bell downed Bomberz 5-2. Stephon Jupiter bagged a hat-trick while Nathaniel Isaacs and Shane Luckie scored one goal apiece. For the losers, Joshua Fleming and Duquan Samuels scored one goal apiece.
YMCA downed Silver Bullets 3-2. Kevin Gittens tallied a double alongside a Jamal Bentick conversion. For Silver Bullets. Damien Williams and Colwyn Drakes scored once. Spaniards squeaked past Turf Presidents 3-2. Malachi Todd led the victor with a double, while Shaka Louis netted once. On the other side, Tyrese Simon registered a brace.
Hard-Knocks disarmed Young Gunners 5-4. Omar Brewley and Kendolph Lewis tallied respective doubles, while Clive Nobrega netted once. For the Young Gunners, Adrian Aaron amassed a double while Marcus Tudor and Omarion Ramsammy netted once.
