The Georgetown Public Hospital Corporation (GPHC) yesterday announced that the team from Operation Walk Maryland has arrived in the country and knee and hip replacements are to be done.
Over the next few days, the group of 50 medical professionals will work alongside the GPHC team to perform 53 knee and hip replacement surgeries.
The GPHC says that since 2018, Operation Walk Maryland has been a valued partner in bringing hope and mobility toย patients.
