The Ministry of Housing and Water’s CH&PA achieved its target yesterday with 600 persons in Linden, Region Ten becoming first-time landowners in the new Wismar Housing Development.
A release from the CH&PA said that the first set of recipients were allocated their house lots at the Christianburg Community Centre Ground. This allocation is part of the ongoing ‘Dream Realised’ Housing Drive by the Ministry of Housing and Water and the Central Housing and Planning Authority (CH&PA.
The new housing scheme will include necessary infrastructure, schools, recreational and health facilities, and access to basic utilities, the CH&PA said.
The Housing Drive was led by the Minister of Housing and Water, Collin Croal, and Minister within the Ministry, Susan Rodrigues.
