The Guyana Securities Council (GSC) yesterday said that effective 23rd October, 2024, Banks DIH Ltd’s (BDIH) application for the deregistration of BDIH pursuant to Section 56(6) of the Securities Industry Act 1998 was approved.
In a notice in the Stabroek News, it said BDIH is therefore no longer a reporting issuer pursuant to section 56(6) of the Securities Industry Act and Regulations thereunder.
The GSC and Banks DIH Holdings Inc. (BDIHHI) had had differences on this issue which included court action.
