Police ranks nabbed a 36-year-old gold miner who was found to be in possession of 71.5 grams of marijuana at Queenstown, Essequibo Coast, at about 4.30 pm on Sunday.
The ranks were at the time on mobile patrol duty on the Essequibo Coast. Whilst in the vicinity of Queenstown back street (burial ground area), the ranks saw Andre Peters acting in a suspicious manner. As such, the ranks conducted a search of his person and found the marijuana.
