The Guyana Bodybuilding and Fitness Federation (GBBFF), in collaboration with the Ministry of Culture, Youth, and Sport, is gearing up to host its premier event, the Mr. Guyana National Seniors Championship, on December 1, 2024, at the Olympic House.
This highly anticipated competition will feature all the athletes who represented Guyana at the recent 51st Central America and Caribbean (CAC) Fitness and Bodybuilding Championship, showcasing their talents on the local stage.
Registration is underway, with some of the nation’s top bodybuilding and fitness athletes already confirming their participation.
Among the standout names are: Emmerson Campbell – Reigning Mr. Guyana Men’s Physique Champion, CAC gold medallist, and pro-card winner; Hannah Rampersaud – Reigning Ms. Guyana Bikini Wellness Champion, CAC gold medallist, and pro-card winner; Nicholas Albert – CAC gold medallist and pro-card winner; Julio Sinclair – CAC gold medallist; Christina Ramsammy – CAC silver medallist; Anthony McLean – CAC silver medallist; and Seon Budhan and Melitha Anderson – CAC medallists.
The official athlete lineup will be announced soon, with over 30 participants expected to compete across five categories: 1. bodybuilding; 2. men’s physique; 3. bikini; 4. wellness; and 5. fitness.
