Rising Stars caged Wolves by a 6-0 score when the Bartica Football Association Senior Men’s League resumed at the Community Centre ground.
The conversions were shared by the duo of Ian Gomes and Ashton Dutchin, who recorded respective hat-tricks. Gomes commenced the rout as he etched his name on the score-sheet in the 14th minute. Gomes then made his presence felt once more following a 38th-minute strike.
The score remained unaltered entering the halftime interval. Upon the resumption, Dutchin opened his account with a 62nd-minute strike. He then completed his brace following a conversion three minutes onwards.
Gomes would then complete his hat-trick as he found the back of the net once more in the 70th minute. The result was then sealed in the 75th minute as Dutchin completed his personal haul.
