Region #3 Basketball Jamboree
Stewartville will battle West Demerara while Leonora will oppose De Willem in the semifinal round of the men’s division, following in the semifinal round of Saturday following victories in the Region #3 Basketball Jamboree at the Tuschen Primary School tarmac.
In the earlier preliminary round, West Demerara defeated Uitvlugt 49-25. Brandon Nurse tallied 15 points in the win. Meanwhile. Vergenoegen bested De Willem 55-20, led by a 25-point effort from Alliandro Wickham.
