Guyana’s U-17 men’s and women’s football teams recorded mixed results in their respective international encounters against Suriname yesterday in the Dutch-speaking nation.
The men’s team, which lost their opening game 0-2, went down by a 0-1 score. On the other hand, the women’s side, which also lost 0-2 in their first encounter, battled to a 2-2 stalemate.
The tournament is part of both teams preparation for the impending 2025 CONCACAF Men’s and Women’s U-17 Qualifiers.
