Dear Editor,
I recently spent a week in Guyana, where I had some unexpected free time thanks to random power outages. On several days and nights, I found myself with nothing to do but listen to mosquitoes’ latest hits on repeat. In this power-deprived state of mind, I pondered the following life-altering questions:
Life (as one does).
Life in Guyana (powerless but with character).
Life in Guyana with GPL (I guess we’re just waiting for the lights to come on).
Life in the basement in Queens, NY (at least I have power and Wi-Fi).
Where is Guyana headed? (And can we get some electricity and AC while we figure that out?)
Yours faithfully,
(name and address supplied)
