The South Rupununi District Council (SRDC) on Wednesday hosted a career day in Sand Creek, South Central Rupununi, Region Nine, under the theme “Waudainao, Wadauninao (Our Children, Our Future).” The SRDC said that the event was in collaboration with the Tenure Facility, Indigenous Navigator and the Amazon Conservation Team (ACT), with 12 schools participating.
