Dear Editor,
I strongly recommend the government of Guyana to do job fairs first inside Guyana among the 40 percent or more living in poverty. At those fairs, invite local and international private sectors who ought to be armed with ready available training programs in accordance with the needs they have. Give priority to employing our Guyanese citizens. We need to respect their ancestral and birth rights. A theme to be embraced by all should be: Jobs for all Guyanese first regardless of party, race, gender or class.
