Dear Editor,
Now that GECOM has admitted its error pertaining to Dr Asha Kissoon being permitted to sit as a parliamentarian and also that everyone, including the Speaker of the House, is now aware of this grave error, what becomes of the decisions made in parliament for which Dr. Kissoon voted? Are these decisions valid? Can these decisions be later challenged because of a known illegal MP?
