Kitty Hustlers and Vryheid’s Lust secured berths to the next round when the Kashif and Shanghai National Futsal Championship continued last evening at the National Gymnasium on Mandela Avenue.
Kitty Hustlers downed Lodge 6-3. Darren Osborne recorded five conversions while Joshua Bentick netted once. For the loser, Simeon Lovell bagged a double while Christopher Whitter netted once.
Similarly, Vryheid’s Lust bested Campbellville 6-2. Sean Semple led the way with a hat-trick while Aaron Cosbert tallied a double. Adding one goal was Akeem Farley. On the other side, Owen Turnell and Christopher King recorded one conversion, respectively. The event continues tomorrow at the same venue with another round of matches.
