Team Guyana recorded mixed results in the RBC Juniors and TPA Classified Tennis Championships, which are currently being staged in Trinidad and Tobago.
In the RBC Juniors event, Gerald Scotland earned a place in the quarterfinal round in the Boy’s U-18 Division One pool, overcoming Daniel Dumas 6-3, 1-6 (10-4), while Christian Younge bested James Hadden of Trinidad and Tobago 6-3, 6-4 in the same division.
Dequan Boston bested Justin Caesar of Trinidad and Tobago 4-0, 4-2 in the Boy’s Junior pool.
