Following the collapse of utility poles along Aubrey Barker Road from Kaikan Street to Festival City’s entrance on Thursday, residents faced electricity and water supply disruptions and Minister of Public Works Juan Edghill yesterday tendered an apology.
A release from his ministry said that he yesterday visited the site to assess the damage and offered apologies to affected residents.
The minister assured that restorative works, including the implementation of bypasses, would be completed before the end of yesterday.
