At the Guyana Motor Racing & Sports Club’s (GMR&SC) annual general meeting and election of office bearers last night at GT Motorsports, Thomas Lands, incumbent Mahendra Boodhoo, was re-elected as the club’s president.
Boodhoo bested former President Rameez Mohammed by a 33-10 score at the conclusion of the electoral process.
The other members of the newly elected executive include Vice President Mohamad Shairaz Roshandin, Secretary Azim Jaffar, Treasurer Azaad Hassan, Assistant Treasurer/Secretary Ritesh Singh, Executive Member Alain Hopkinson, Executive Member Malicia Lawrence, Executive Member Luis Kumar, Executive Member Mark Vieira, Technical Advisor Joel Evans, and Club Captain John Chin.
