Pacesetters overcame defending champion Ravens by a 63-58 score when the 2024/2025 ‘One Guyana’ Basketball League Championship continued on Wednesday evening at the National Gymnasium on Mandela Avenue.
Sean Clarke top-scored for the victor with 12 points. He was supported by Nathan Saul, the next best scorer with 11 points, while the duo of Jaleel Duke and Joslyn Crawford chipped in with 10 points, respectively.
On the other side, Shamar Huntley recorded a game-high 16 points in the Ravens first loss of the new season. Nikkoloi Smith supported with eight points, while Alroy Nurse and Dominic Vicente netted seven and six points apiece.
