Police are investigating an armed robbery which occurred at about 9.10 last night on the northern side of Aubrey Barker Road.
Both bandits were armed with guns, the police said in a statement. The police named the deceased bandit as Carl Rolland Reid. He died in an exchange of gunfire with a guard. The other bandit escaped, the police said.
