Forty-eight-year-old Carlton Lynton, a hot dog vendor from East Ruimveldt, Georgetown, is seeking assistance to restart his business after it was destroyed by a fire early yesterday morning.
Lynton explained that he had closed his business at around 11:30 pm on Thursday, ensuring that all electrical appliances were unplugged and his gas cylinder was turned off. However, at 5 am yesterday he was alerted by neighbours that his business was engulfed in flames.
