Abyomi Hart appeared yesterday before Magistrate Fabayo Azore charged with death by dangerous driving.
It is alleged that Hart on the 7th of September 2023 drove a vehicle in a dangerous manner heading west on North Road which resulted in the death of Roydel Britain, Hart pleaded not guilty to this charge.
Hart is 40 years old and resides at 1529 Farm, East Bank Demerara. The prosecution had no objections to bail, Hart was placed on $250,000 bail. The matter was adjourned to the 7th of February.
