I received indications that distribution of PD and OAP booklets will be implemented from February 19 to 21 at Good Intent NDC in Region 3.
I am humbly suggesting that registration for the $100, 000 cash grant (if applicable) be done on the distribution days for Region 3 and other Regions if requested.
