Chief Justice dismisses claims of Mocha Arcadia squatters

Chief Justice Roxane George yesterday dismissed the claims filed in September 2023 by the last six remaining squatters at Mocha Arcadia/Caneview, East Bank Demerara brought against the Attorney General (AG), the Central Housing and Planning Authority (CH&PA), and the Guyana Sugar Corporation (GuySuCo), a release from the Attorney General’s Chambers reported yesterday.
