Dear Editor,
The recent inauguration of the largest Lord Shiva Murti on the Essequibo Coast at the Badrinaath Ashram in Spring Garden is a profound and historic achievement for Sanatan Dharma community in Guyana and beyond. This monumental occasion marks not only a new page in the history of Sanatan Dharma but also a significant cultural and spiritual contribution to our nation.
I extend my heartfelt gratitude and blessings to the Dhanrajh family of Triveni Mandir in Canada, whose unwavering dedication and generosity made this remarkable project possible. Their commitment to preserving and promoting Sanatan Dharma is truly commendable, and their efforts serve as an inspiration for all of us to remain steadfast in our faith and heritage.
This grand Murti of Lord Shiva stands as a symbol of strength, resilience, and devotion—a beacon that will undoubtedly attract devotees and visitors, fostering spiritual growth and unity. In a time when the Sanatan Dharma community has often been marginalized from economic transformation and growth, this achievement serves as a reminder of our collective strength and the importance of standing together.
Let this momentous occasion inspire us to protect and uphold our Dharma at all costs. As we celebrate this milestone, let us also recognize the importance of unity, perseverance, and faith in overcoming challenges and ensuring that our rich cultural and spiritual traditions continue to thrive.
Once again, I express my deepest gratitude to the Dhanrajh family and all those who contributed to making this vision a reality. May Lord Shiva’s blessings continue to guide us, and may we always stand together to safeguard our Dharma for generations to come.
Har Har Mahadev!!!!
Yours faithfully,
