Elijah Fraser, a 23-year-old from Byderabo Road, Bartica, appeared yesterday at the Bartica Magis-trate’s Court before Magis-trate Teriq Mohammed, where he was charged with refusing to consent to taking a Breathalyzer Test.
He pleaded guilty and was fined $30,000, according to a release from the police.
