A $5 million cheque was handed over on Wednesday to complete the remaining works on the multipurpose building in the community of Circuitville along the Soesdyke-Linden highway.
The Department of Public Information (DPI) said that about 50 per cent of the works have been completed on the building to the tune of $5 million from a portion of the community’s 2023 carbon credit fund.
Upon its completion, 1,057 residents will have a comfortable two-storey building to host various activities, DPI said.
