The Guyana Harpy Eagles soared to a commanding 10-wicket victory over the Windward Islands Volcanoes on day three of their Cricket West Indies (CWI) Regional 4-Day Championship clash at the Guyana National Stadium, Providence. The defending champions wrapped up proceedings in dominant fashion yesterday, further solidifying their position at the top of the points table.

Resuming the day on 159-3, still trailing the Volcanoes by 54 runs in their first innings, Guyana looked to their overnight pair of Kemol Savory and captain Tevin Imlach to push on. However, Savory added just nine more runs to his tally before falling for 49, trapped leg-before by Gilon Tyson. While his departure was an early setback, Imlach remained composed and crafted a brilliant innings. The skipper reached his fifth first-class century, a patient yet assured 113 off 201 deliveries, which included eight boundaries.
