The police have issued a wanted bulletin for 37-year-old Jagdesh Mangal of 51 Fourth Street, Belmont, Mahaica, ECD, for the offence of “fraudulent conversion”. The offence was said to have been committed in October of 2024 at Hague on the West Coast of Demerara.
