Arinze Reginald Odunze, a 31-year-old male Nigerian National, was arrested by Police on March 19th, 2025 at the Central Immigration and Passport Office on Camp Street, Georgetown, and charged yesterday with uttering a forged document conspiracy to commit a felony.
The police said in a statement that he appeared at the Georgetown Magistrate’s Court yesterday before Magistrate Annette Singh where the charge was read and he pleaded not guilty. He was remanded to prison and the matters adjourned to April 11th, 2025, and transferred to the Georgetown Magistrate’s Court #5 for disclosure.
