Pele Football Club defeated Eastveldt by a 5-2 score when the Georgetown Football Association Pre-Season tournament continued yesterday at the National Training Centre in Providence.
The quintet of Joshua Bentick, Jamal Williams, Orlando Lovell, Marlon Bethel, and Jahiem Herbert scored for the victors.
Meanwhile, Camptown and Black Pearl played to a 1-1 stalemate. Camptown’s Ozeal Small recorded the only conversion of the first half as he etched his name on the score-sheet in the sixth minute.
However, Derwin Bourne earned a share of the spoils for Black Pearl as he found the back of the net in the 75th minute.
