One Guyana Basketball Premier League

The One Guyana Basketball Premier League continued on Sunday night at the Cliff Anderson Sports Hall, delivering three intense matchups that saw the Georgetown Masters, Jets, and Eagles secure commanding victories.

The first game of the night saw the Georgetown Masters overpower the Retrieve Raiders with a decisive 67-39 win. The Masters took control early, leading 14-7 at the end of the first quarter and maintaining a steady advantage throughout. Despite a strong effort from Retrieve’s Kareem Roberts (11 points) and Reza Retemyer (10 points), the Masters’ balanced attack, led by Earl O’Neil and Diamson McCauley with 12 points each, proved too much to handle. By the fourth quarter, the gap widened significantly, sealing the comfortable victory for Georgetown.
