Narayan Ramdhani and Greer Jackson ran out U-15 boys and girls’ division winners respectively when the  Genequip Farm Supplies (John Deer) Mashramani badminton junior singles and doubles tournament wrapped up on Sunday at the Queen’s College courts.

In the Under 15 boys singles final Ramdhani defeated Kevin Quaicoe 21-11, 21-10.

Jackson who had defeated Priyanna Ramdhani 17-21, 21-2, 21-7 in the semifinals went on to defeat Tashana Lowe 21-19, 21-18 in the Under-15 girls’ final.

In the Under 15 boys’ doubles final, Narayan Ramdhani/Andrew Peroune defeated Kevin Quaicoe/                                                     Daniel Persaud, 21-17, 21-15 while Jackson/Angelica Holder defeated Sajeedah Khan/Jonelle Europe 21-13, 22-20 in the Under 15 girls’ final.

The presentation of prizes to the winners and runners-up will take place on Saturday.
