(Trinidad Express) A woman identified as Adana John, 27 alias “Sixx Boss,” was stabbed to death in San Juan this morning.
Police said that around 8 a.m. passersby noticed an altercation between a man and a woman near the corner of Saddle Road and Second Street, San Juan in the area of the Santa Cruz taxi stand.
The man was then seen quickly running off while John was seen lying on the road with a stab wound to her abdomen.
Police were unable to say whether a broken bottle or a knife was used.
San Juan police later arrived on the scene and took John to the Port of Spain General Hospital where she was pronounced dead on arrival.
