Cop found unconscious on Mandela Ave

Police Constable No. 24045  Winston Cooper, 32 , of Lot 761 East Ruimveldt who is stationed at the Presidential Guard was found lying in an unconscious state on Mandela Avenue Public Road with injuries to his head  about 5:30 this morning, the police say.
