WPA nominates Tabitha Sarabo-Halley to replace Roopnaraine as MP

As the Working People’s Alliance (WPA) yesterday called on Guyanese youth to firmly press for their inclusion in government and policy making processes, party sources confirmed that it has recommended that Tabitha Sarabo-Halley replace Dr.

70% of Guyanese who applied for US visitor visas last year denied

While encouraging its companies to explore investment opportunities in Guyana, particularly with the oil and gas sector expected to drive growth, the United States denied 70 per cent of the Guyanese who applied here for business/tourism visitor visas last year.
