Man charged with assaulting peace officer

Joel DePeazer, 28, of Port Kaituma Water Front, North West District, appeared virtually at the Vreed-en-Hoop Magistrate’s Court before Principal Magistrate Faith McGusty where he was charged with possession of narcotics, disorderly behaviour at the police station, threatening language, assaulting a peace officer, and resisting a peace officer.

$73m Learning Lab for disabled opened in Mahaica
