The Alliance For Change (AFC) duo that captured five parliamentary seats in 2006 were reunited yesterday with the election of party leader, Raphael Trotman as the prime ministerial candidate for the upcoming general elections, though now the positions are reversed.

Police say that at about 1600h. yesterday while police ranks at Mahdia were responding to a report of break and enter and larceny, they stopped and searched a man at Konawaruk Junction, Tumatumari, who was seen to be acting suspiciously as they approached.

Jagdeo ‘appreciation’ draws cheers and jeers
