Some 50 White Water residents to be employed on $200M  road project – Edghill

The government’s nationwide infrastructure development programme continues with construction soon to begin on a 1.2-kilometre stretch of road in White Water Village, in the Mabaruma sub-district of Region One, a Department of Public Information (DPI) release informed last Saturday.

President warns contractors responsible for constructing schools

-raises possibility of blacklisting President Irfaan Ali yesterday met with the contractors responsible for the construction of schools and educational buildings throughout the country and issued a stern warning that those found not fulfilling their contractual obligations will be penalized and could possibly be blacklisted from future contracts.
