BOGOTA, (Reuters) – Colombians narrowly rejected a peace deal with Marxist guerrillas in a referendum yesterday, plunging the nation into uncertainty and dashing President Juan Manuel Santos’ painstakingly negotiated plan to end the 52-year war.
