Guyanese nationals in T&T join in mourning Mahdia fire

(Trinidad Express) Guyanese nationals living and working in Trinidad have joined their fellow citizens in mourning the deaths of 18 girls and a boy in the alleged arson attack at Mahdia Secondary School in Guyana, late Sunday night.

CAL resumes flights to Caracas

(CAL) Caribbean Airlines, the leading carrier in the region, is pleased to announce the resumption of operations to Caracas, Venezuela from Saturday May 13; and the expansion of its route network to the Eastern Caribbean in the coming months.

Trinidad apologises to Barbados over Brent Thomas removal

 (Trinidad Guardian) Attorney General Reginald Armour has apologised to the Barbadian government and the Royal Barbados Police Force for the slur cast on that island’s police force, following its assistance to the T&T Police Service in seeking to bring Brent Thomas to justice.
